About me

I’m a black belt training and instructing at Atos HQ in San Diego, California. I’ve been training for 10 years. I grew up in an Indiana town, then made the decision to move my life out to San Diego in the Summer of 2017. Now I’m all in, and seeing where this journey takes me. I’m an arm breaker, a nap giver, a dream maker. I enjoy coffee, cuddles, and talking mad trash to people who can beat me up. Come join me on this crazy, wonderful ride.
